Zeep Mobile uses an auction-based system—advertisers compete to have their Ad Teasers placed on messages by setting a Maximum Bid Per Reply for their campaigns. The Maximum Bid Per Reply is the absolute highest amount an advertiser is willing to pay to receive a reply to their Ad Teaser in order to send their Full Ad to a mobile user.
Setting the Maximum Bid Per Reply
Every day we estimate the total number of Ad Teasers that we will be able to place that day based on SMS traffic volume. Because it's a limited number, we can determine what the minimum bid to get an Ad Teaser placed that day. All advertisers who set their Maximum Bid Per Reply higher or equal to the minimum required bid will have their Ad Teasers placed.
Assuming your Maximum Bid Per Reply is high enough to get your Ad Teasers placed, then you'll pay equal or less than your Max Bid, depending on the demand and bids of other advertisers. You only pay when your Ad Teaser receives a reply and we send your Full Ad.
Campaigns that have a higher than average reply rate to Ad Teasers receive a bonus over campaigns that perform more poorly. Given the same Maximum Bid Per Reply, the campaign with the better reply rate will get get favoured.
